Schinnerer & Company Inc. of Chevy Chase, Md. is now offering liability coverage to architects, engineers, land surveyors, landscape architects and specialty consultants through CNA’s E-Pack.
With this newest addition Schinnerer provides protection for the organization, directors, officers and the employees administering a corporation’s pension and welfare plans. The employee benefit plans themselves will be covered also, against exposures concerning fiduciary responsibilities as defined by ERISA.
Schinnerer’s current EPL program protects against wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and other related charges such as emotional distress, defamation and right to privacy violations.
