The SAN Group, a Portsmouth, N.H.-based network of independent insurance agencies in New York and New England, announced the addition of three new members during the fourth quarter of 2002.
Colonie General Agency Inc. of Latham, N.Y., Target Financial Services LLC of West Hartford, Conn., and The Milliken Insurance Agency of Cornwall, N.Y. were all admitted into the group.
SAN is now comprised of 160 Independent Agency Members writing over $190 million of P&C premium, which is an increase of $25 million over last year. In 2003, SAN expects their growth to continue by adding another 26 new independent members throughout the Northeast corridor.
The SAN Group is the founding Member of SIAA Inc., an international network of independent insurance agencies with more than 1,100 members writing $2.4 billion in premiums.
