WFG Capital Advisors LP, a Harrisburg, Pa.-based investment banking firm, announced it was partnering with the law firm McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC to form an insurance industry legal practice group.
McNees’ new practice group will be led by Bruce Spicer, and will include attorneys from the firm’s business counseling, income tax and financial services practices. The initial focus of the group will be to provide assistance in the merger and acquisition area. However, the group will also work with WFG to provide complete business advisory services to clients.
Both firms will continue operations from McNees’ headquarters at 100 Pine Street, Harrisburg.
