The van Aartrijk Group LLC, a marketing communications firm specializing in insurance and financial services, has named Charles Wasilewski senior associate in conjunction with the opening of a New Jersey office.
Wasilewski, a communications professional with nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, will head the Basking Ridge-based office, said Peter van Aartrijk Jr., managing director. Wasilewski will handle client assignments in the New Jersey/New York/Pennsylvania area and assist with other clients.
Most recently, Wasilewski worked as an independent communications consultant with clients in consumer products, electronic publishing, web design, training and development, career services, and insurance and financial services. Prior to starting his consultancy in 2000, he worked in corporate communications with financial services firms The MONY Group Inc., Home Life Insurance Co., and Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Co. He has extensive experience in working on corporate and marketing communications issues with agents and brokers, senior executives, marketing and technical professionals, media and financial analysts.
