Connecticut’s Trumbull Services, L.L.C., a leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) and technology services to the P/C industry, announced that they have hired Stephen A. Francis as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
“This new role strengthens Trumbull’s management team during a period of significant growth. Francis assumed the responsibilities of this new role on January 19, 2004,” said the bulletin. Francis comes to Trumbull from InsLogic in Columbia, South Carolina where he was Executive Vice President of Business Development and CIO. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Property and Casualty Development at Policy Management Services Corp. He has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and holds a bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of South Carolina.
“I am pleased to announce this addition to Trumbull’s management team,” stated President Stephen Holcomb. “After an exhaustive search, I am confident to say that with Steve we have found the right combination of vision, expertise and leadership to oversee our continued expansion. In the last year, our client base has doubled for these services and our new business revenues have increased significantly.” He indicated that a “person with Steve’s operational skills and technical experience is a tremendous enhancement to our executive staff and will ensure that we continue to maximize our current resources, and set the strategic direction for our operations group to accommodate this growth.”
Holcomb added that “Steve’s addition also affirms our commitment to maintain the high level of client satisfaction we enjoy today, as we further expand our client base and service offerings.”
