Kurt C. Bingeman, CPCU, ASLI, RPLU, CIW, owner and president of Russell Bond & Co., Inc., a regional Excess & Surplus Insurance Wholesaler and Managing General Agent based in Buffalo, N.Y., is the 2004 recipient of the Insurance Women of Buffalo’s Employer of the Year award.
The award recognizes service and contribution to the insurance industry and the community.
“Kurt encourages all of his employees to support and give back to our community as much as possible,” said Russell Bond’s announcement. “He feels strongly in providing his staff with a comfortable and pleasant work environment at all times, as well as state of the art technology and tools to enable them to provide their clients with superior products & service.”
Upon accepting the award, Bingeman stressed the quality of the people at Russell Bond and noted the firm’s commitment to education and the insurance community.
