David Macintosh has joined S. H Smith & Co., as regional manager, heading up the firm’s New York office.
Macintosh most recently was branch manager and assistant vice president of Acadia Insurance’s Syracuse, New York office. Prior to that he was general manager and vice president of the Royal Sun Alliance of New York where he managed a full service commercial lines operation.
S.H. Smith & Company is a national, independently-owned excess and surplus lines insurance broker, managing general agency and program administrator, with offices in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York and Ohio.
