In 1993, he was promoted to vice president of underwriting, assuming managerial responsibility for Morstan’s staff of undererwriters. In 1997, he was named principal of Morstan. Under his leadership, Morstan has shown consistent growth. With nine branches in five states, Levy now oversees all underwriting activity for an organization with a staff of more than 300 people.
