B. H. Burke & Co. serves as financial adviser and management consultant to insurance agencies, specializing in business valuation, mergers & acquisitions, and ownership-succession planning.
Shaw has been with the company since 2003, having worked previously for Prudential Securities and Joseph Merritt & Company.
Shaw participates in all aspects of the company’s consulting assignments and manages the company’s renewing-services activities.
