Bollinger, Inc., a national privately held insurance broker, has acquired Windsor Benefit Consultants, Inc. and James E. Hopgood & Associates of Denville, N.J. Both firms’ employees will relocate to Bollinger’s corporate headquarters in Short Hills, N.J.
In addition, Jim Hopgood, has been named senior vice president of Bollinger.
Bollinger has been very active on the acquisition front in 2006, having acquired MLW Services in New York City and the Hitchner Agency, Tri-County Insurors and Barton F. Sharp Agency in Salem and Cumberland Counties in January. In April, Bollinger acquired Haas & Hass (Voorhees, N.J.) and The Surety Source (Voorhees, N.J.) both of which recently relocated to Bollinger’s Moorestown office. In the last half of 2005, Bollinger acquired the Thomas Fallon Agency (Woodcliff Lake, N.J.) and the Rork Agency (Midland Park, N.J.), both of which now operate out of Bollinger’s Short Hills headquarters.
Bollinger has branch offices in New York City, Princeton and Moorestown, as well as Pennsville, Elmer and Bridgeton, N.J.
Bollinger provides business and personal insurance, as well as specialty insurance programs for golf and country clubs, amateur sports, and schools and colleges.
