Insurance broker Bollinger, Inc. reports it has acquired William J. Redmond & Associates of Freehold, N.J. The agency will relocate to Bollinger’s headquarters in Short Hills, N.J.
Agency owner William Redmond will be a vice president in Bollinger’s Commercial Lines Division, where he will be responsible for expanding the middle-market client base. Redmond specializes in equipment maintenance insurance purchased by municipalities, manufacturers, hospitals and other entities.
Headquartered in Short Hills, Bollinger has branch offices in New York City, Philadelphia, Princeton, Moorestown, Wyckoff, and Vineland, N.J.
