William Gallagher Associates has opened a new office in New York City, which will be ehaded by Doug Bixby, senior vice president.
The office is the fifth in addition to WGA’s corporate headquarters in
Boston, Mass.
Bixby joined WGA’s Princeton, New Jersey office in 2000. He works with clients in life sciences, technology, energy, media, mergers and acquisitions,private equity and venture capital.
Prior to WGA, he worked with AIG’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group and National Union’s Management Liability Group.
Joining him will be WGA eight-year veteran Colleen Grimm, vice president, formerly with WGA’s Boston office in the Property & Casualty Group. Prior to WGA, she was also with AIG for two years. Grimm will continue to focus on the technology and life sciences industries.
