Pittsburgh-based insurance firm Lloyd Inc. has hired William F. Wakeley as director of business operations.
The firm also announced the promotions of Tracey Spearman and Leslie Thomas.
Wakeley has 20 years of industry accounting and business experience and has held a progressive series of management responsibilities in corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, general management and leadership roles in both public and private company environments.
Spearman, the firm’s commercial lines account executive for the past two years, has been promoted to account executive/assistant vice president.
Thomas, who joined the firm 11 years ago while still in high school, has been promoted to broker administrative assistant.
