Peggy McGrane has joined The NIA Group, LLC in Paramus, New Jersey, as the firm’s human resources director.
In her new role, McGrane will direct the insurance broker’s professional recruitment, development and retention efforts as NIA looks to expand in the Northeast and Mid Atlantic regions.
McGrane, who began her career with insurance broker Alexander & Alexander of New York, has 30 years experience in the insurance industry and human resources profession. She was previously vice president and national human resource director of Acordia, Inc. (Wells Fargo Insurance) in Chicago. Most recently, she served as an independent consultant, providing professional counsel to clients on critical HR practice and policy issues.
