Simsbury, Connecticut-based Pinnacle Network, which provides training and automation support for independent agents, has named Ed Olsen as president and chief operating officer.
Before becoming a partner in Pinnacle Network in 2004, Olsen served as president of Aetna Information Services which developed the GEMINI management system. After GEMINI’s sale to AMS, Ed worked with hundreds of agencies as he ran AMS sales and served as general manager for AMS Rating.
