Narragansett Bay Insurance Co. (NBIC) has named Robert Brannan assistant vice president-territory manager for New York.
Brannan has 26 years of management experience in marketing, underwriting, and policy services for personal lines insurance. In his new position, he is responsible for the appointment and management of independent insurance agents in New York, and will oversee the agency training of NBIC’s home risk improvement tool, ShelterPrideSM, and its proprietary underwriting system, Write-1.SM
He previously served as assistant vice president-territorial manager for ACE Private Risk Services, where he managed and provided product and system training for 40 agents in New York and New Jersey. He spent 22 years with Atlantic Mutual Insurance Co., where he managed 33 insurance agents in New York and New Jersey.
