Montvale, New Jersey-based Managing General Agent Jimcor Agencies has begun selling a workers’ compensation insurance program as part of its admitted markets division, Zaloom Associates.
Jerry Zaloom, president of the Zaloom Associates division, said the program can provide private coverage to companies with poor claims experience, if minimum premiums are met.
Jimcor, which has seven offices across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states, said the access to workers’ comp rounds out business agents are already writing with Jimcor for classes such as contractors or truckers.
