William Dougherty has been named president of the New Jersey Subcontractors Association for its 2011 fiscal year.
Dougherty is executive vice president & COO for True and Associates, a full-service insurance and bonding firm based in Westfield, N.J.
The New Jersey Subcontractors Association represents approximately 150 member firms involved in all subcontractor and specialty trades. They are affiliated with the National Subcontractors Alliance.
