Melinda Petit has been promoted to director of claims operations for IWIF Workers’ Compensation Insurance.
She will oversee management of settlement and Medicare-related processes, subrogation, claims training, claims auditing, award-processing and claims reporting. Previously, she was a claims business supervisor.
Prior to joining the organization in 1998, Petit was a senior claims adjuster for CNA Insurance.
