Insurance broke Willis has named Jon Trevisan as senior vice president, director of placement for its human capital practice.
Trevisan, who is based in Boston, will lead the employee benefits placement strategy for Willis North America, helping the firm to interface with the employee benefits insurance carrier community. He will also head up the drive to optimize financial results and service levels for Willis’ clients.
Trevisan has been at Willis since its merger with Hilb Rogal and Hobbs in October 2008. Previously, he served as senior vice president, human capital placement and carrier relations, where he was responsible for negotiating and managing partnerships with key insurance carriers.
