The Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI) has named Michael Bell senior counsel, financial policy in the policy development and research department.
Bell, based in Washington, D.C., spent over 20 years in private legal practice, providing counsel on complex tax issues. He was a partner at Jackson & Campbell, Dewey & LeBoeuf and Price Waterhouse. He has also served as a senior tax counsel for the American Counsel of Life Insurers.
