Risk Strategies Company, a brokerage and risk management firm headquartered in Boston, acquired Global Insurance Network, an independent insurance agency in Needham, Mass.
As part of the transaction, Global Insurance Network’s co-founder and president Bernard Gitlin will join Risk Strategies Company as executive vice president.
