Willis North America, a New York-headquartered division of global insurance broker Willis Group Holdings, appointed Michael Sullivan as account executive for Willis of Northern New England. He is based in Portland, Maine.
Sullivan will be responsible for driving growth across the region and aligning resources to deliver Willis’ global capabilities to local clients. Sullivan, who relocated from Los Angeles in 2009, will also work with select clients in California where appropriate. He will report to Dennis Lundgren, managing partner for Willis of Northern New England.
Willis of Northern New England serves clients from offices in Auburn, Bangor, New Gloucester and Portland, Maine, and Dalton, Mass., as supported by over 70 associates.
Prior to joining Willis, Sullivan served as account executive at O’Hearn Insurance Agency in Portland, Maine. He has also held leadership roles at mortgage banking agencies, Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation and George Smith Partners.
