Burns & Wilcox’s Baltimore Office Appoints Assistant Branch Manager

Burns & Wilcox of Baltimore promoted Geoffrey Crater to assistant branch manager.

Crater joined Burns & Wilcox in January as director of sales, and was selected to participate in the “Kaufman Accelerated Management Progression Program,” an executive development program designed to rapidly progress experienced, high-potential individuals to leadership positions within the Kaufman Financial Group family of companies including Burns & Wilcox.

Prior to joining Burns & Wilcox, Crater held positions as senior marine sales underwriter, regional sales underwriter and senior middle market sales underwriter at The Hartford, where he lead enterprise sales planning for a number of the office’s largest partners, and developed sales plans with agency principals.
