Mass.-Based Insurer A.I.M. Mutual Names Information Technology Manager

A.I.M. Mutual Insurance Companies, a workers’ compensation insurer based in Burlington, Mass., has promoted Abi Troy to information technology manager.

Troy is responsible for all systems design, programming and development, including oversight of a new integrated policy, billing and claims administration system with Tropics Software Technologies.

She joined A.I.M. Mutual in 1997 as information technology project leader. Prior to joining A.I.M. Mutual, she spent 15 years in programming, analyst and consultant roles with a national property/casualty insurer.

Founded in 1989, A.I.M. Mutual has approximately 150 employees, with more than $100 million in revenues. Headquartered in Burlington, Mass., A.I.M. Mutual has additional offices in Bridgewater, Holyoke and Marlborough in Massachusetts and Concord, New Hampshire.
