We need to quit beating around the bush. Either legalize them or keep them illegal. This licensing while still illegal is ridiculous. And btw…stop calling them “undocumented”. They are still illegal.
Let me get this straight. The powers that be, think that these illegals are going to get insurance before they get their license? How will this work? First, you have to HAVE a license to get auto insurance. Right now they are driving with NO license, NO insurance and an UNREGISTERED car! Our “leaders” in Hartford THINK this will change?

Malloy, and CT, are a joke with a capital J. This is the same governor and legislature that just outlawed the death penalty right after those two murderers were sentenced to the death penalty for the brutal murder of that family (Mother and two daughters raped then left to die in a burning home. They should be run out of state on a rail.
