PMC Insurance Group, a Needham, Mass.-based workers’ compensation wholesale broker, hired Bill Nagel to manage and lead PMC’s recently launched staffing services practice unit.
Nagel brings to his new role over 30 years of experience in the workers’ comp and temporary staffing industry as an owner, risk manager and loss control provider. In addition to working with PMC’s agency partners in providing workers’ comp placements services, he will also be responsible for the overall expansion of the firm’s staffing services practice.
Prior to joining PMC, Nagel was founder and president of RCS Services, a loss control provider to carriers, captives and programs.
PMC’s staffing services practice offers workers’ comp and risk management services to the temporary staffing services industry, including staffing services for healthcare sectors, IT, clerical and light industrial, hospitality and manufacturing and specialty contractors/skilled trades.
