Business Risk Partners, a Windsor, Conn.-based managing general agency focused on specialty commercial insurance, recently added three new underwriters.
Elizabeth Chapin Martinelli was hired as a miscellaneous professional liability underwriter. With nearly 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, she began her career with MassMutual. In 2007 she moved to AIG in Phoenix as an underwriter of miscellaneous professional liability insurance and later joined American Insurance Professionals as a broker.
Andy O’Neill was hired as a technology and privacy underwriter. He comes from The Travelers where he helped launch a unit designed to write miscellaneous professional liability insurance including privacy coverages, targeted to wholesalers and aggregators. He began his career with Colemont (now AmWINS) as an assistant broker in financial services where he developed an extensive knowledge across various lines of professional and management liability insurance. He served five years in the U.S. Army, enlisting after Sept. 11, 2001.
Fotiona Premto was hired as a management liability underwriter. Most recently, she worked at Chubb Specialty Insurance where she focused on D&O, EPL, fiduciary and crime coverages for private and not for profit businesses.
