The Associated Industries of Massachusetts Mutual Insurance Companies (A.I.M. Mutual), a workers’ compensation insurer based in Burlington, Mass., promoted Abi Troy to director of information technology.
In this capacity, she is responsible for all systems design, programming and development, including oversight of an integrated policy, billing and claims administration system.
Troy had been IT manager for A.I.M Mutual since 2012. She joined A.I.M. Mutual in 1997 as IT project leader. She previously spent 15 years in programming, analyst and consultant roles with a national property/casualty insurer.
