
Insurance brokerage and risk management firm Integro has promoted Ethan Crain to Boston operations leader, and hired Peter Lavery as a principal in the Boston office.
Crain succeeds Ruth Kilduff, who was appointed chairman of Integro USA in 2014 and who continues to lead the firm’s Healthcare practice.
Crain is a managing principal in the firm’s Healthcare practice. He joined Integro in 2006 from Aon, where he served as associate director of the National Healthcare Alternative Risk practice. Earlier, he was a vice president at Marsh USA and began his brokerage career more than 20 years ago at Johnson & Higgins.
New hire Peter Lavery brings more than 30 years of experience in risk management and insurance brokerage for manufacturing, aviation, life sciences, healthcare, professional services, restaurants and technology.
Lavery joins from Aon, where he served as senior vice president, member of the Northeast Leadership Team, and Boston Casualty Brokerage practice leader. He holds Chartered Property & Casualty and Associate Risk Management designations.
