Arbella Insurance Foundation Partners With Heritage Museums & Gardens

March 9, 2015

The Arbella Insurance Foundation will be the leading sponsor for Massachusetts-based Heritage Museums & Gardens’ 2015 season, which begins April 18, according to an announcement by the Arbella Insurance Group in Quincy, Massachusetts.

The sponsorship will support programs, consumer education opportunities, and exhibits at Heritage — a cultural center and public garden in Cape Cod, Massachusetts — over the next two years, including an exhibit of rare American automobiles, and the Heritage Auto Show on June 13.

The Arbella Insurance Foundation will provide monthly educational information to Heritage’s members and friends through its newsletter and social media. Safety topics such as preventing distracted driving will be at the top of the list. On August 7, the Foundation will bring to Heritage its interactive, distracted-driving prevention program, which includes a high-tech driving simulator and is based on Arbella-funded research conducted with the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

The partnership is part of the Arbella Insurance Foundation’s ongoing efforts to raise awareness of the arts by supporting museums and exhibits throughout New England.

Since 2005, the Arbella Insurance Foundation has supported various non-profit organizations in New England. In 2014, the Foundation donated $2.5 million to not-for-profit organizations throughout the region, and a total of $16.3 million since its inception in 2005.
