Selective Insurance Group Inc. in Branchville, New Jersey, announced the following appointments by its subsidiary, Selective Insurance Company of America.
George Neale to executive vice president, chief claims officer. Neale joined Selective in April 2013. Prior to that, he served as executive vice president, chief claims officer for Commercial Insurance for Liberty Mutual. Prior to his 10-year career at Liberty Mutual, Neale held senior claims management roles at Kemper Corporation and Travelers Insurance.
Brian Sarisky to executive vice president, head of Specialty Lines. Sarisky joined Selective in 1991 as a corporate trainee and has held a variety of field-based and corporate underwriting leadership positions, most recently serving as senior vice president, chief underwriting officer for Commercial Lines. Sarisky holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Certified Insurance Counselor designations.
Joseph Eppers to senior vice president, chief investment officer. Eppers joined Selective in March 2015. Before coming to Selective, he was a director at BlackRock. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of investments at Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. He became a CFA Charterholder in 2003.
Brenda Hall to senior vice president, chief strategic operations officer. Hall joined Selective in 2001 and has held various leadership positions throughout the organization, most recently serving as senior vice president, director of Field Underwriting & Business Intelligence. She also holds the Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Risk Manager designations.
