PMA in Pennsylvania Names DiCello as VP of Field Claims Operations

PMA Insurance Group in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, named Ray DiCello as vice president of field claims operations. DiCello reports to Kurt Schuhl, senior vice president and chief claims officer, PMA Insurance Group.

In this newly created position, DiCello is responsible for leading PMA Insurance Group’s field claims operation, which includes workers’ compensation, liability, and property claims.

Previously, DiCello was vice president, Zurich North America, focusing on Zurich’s Central Bill Unit and TPA Operations. His insurance claims career spans 25 years in commercial multi-line positions of increasing responsibility, including field management, quality assurance, workers’ compensation product management, and management oversight of Zurich’s unbundled claims across the U.S. and Canada.
