Alliant Hires Moylan as Managing Director for Construction Services in Md.

Alliant Insurance Services, a specialty insurance brokerage based in Newport Beach, California, hired David C. Moylan for its Construction Services Group as managing director of International Surety.

In his new role, Moylan will lead the expansion of Alliant’s international surety network and extend the firm’s public, private partnership capabilities. He will be based in Alliant’s Columbia, Maryland, office.

Moylan, a veteran in the global surety marketplace, has been providing surety consulting advice and account executive leadership to construction firms for 37 years.
