Erie Indemnity Co. announced that Marcia A. Dall, executive vice president and chief financial officer, is leaving the company in October to take another position.
The company said Dall has accepted the position of executive vice president and chief financial officer for Churchill Downs Inc.
Greg Gutting, ERIE’s current senior vice president, controller, will serve as interim CFO.
Erie Indemnity Co. provides management services to the member companies of the Erie Insurance Group.
According to A.M. Best Company, Erie Insurance Group, based in Erie, Pennsylvania, is the eleventh largest homeowners insurer and twelfth largest automobile insurer in the United States. It operates in 12 states and the District of Columbia.
