Based in Swansea, Massachusetts, McDonald is a fully licensed property and casualty broker. In addition to his insurance credentials, McDonald has extensive experience in customer service, having previously worked as part of the customer service team at Meditech, a healthcare software firm in Fall River, Massachusetts, where he coordinated projects with the IT departments of hospitals across the country.
Partners Insurance Group is an independent agency with offices in Fairhaven, Fall River, New Bedford, Somerset and Swansea, Massachusetts; and Tiverton, Rhode Island.
