Alliant Insurance Services, a specialty insurance brokerage based in Newport Beach, California, hired Daniel McCaffrey as managing director, Employee Benefits – Northeast.
McCaffrey will oversee revenue growth and manage the strategic direction of Alliant’s Northeast employee benefits practice. He is based in Alliant’s New York City office.
Prior to joining Alliant, McCaffrey was director of sales with Aetna in New York. He also directed financial planning, forecasting, marketing, recruiting, and the launch of new insurance products at Aetna. He has prior experience in business development and client service with Cigna and Oxford Healthplans.
Established in 1925, Alliant provides property/casualty, workers’ compensation, employee benefits, surety, and financial products and services to more than 26,000 clients nationwide, including public entities, tribal nations, healthcare, energy, law firms, real estate, construction, and other industry groups.
