West Chester, Pennsylvania-based insurance agency Element Risk Management has finalized the acquisition of Singleton Insurance in Ickesburg, Pennsylvania.
Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition expands Element Risk’s footprint throughout Pennsylvania.
Singleton Insurance will continue operations in Ickesburg. One owner, Vicky Tarr, will be retained as staff and additional staff will remain in place, according to the announcement.
