Lockton, a privately held insurance broker headquartered in Kansas City, Mo., has added Robert Russell to its employee benefit team as a vice president and unit manager in its Philadelphia, Penn., office.
In his new role, Russell will manage Lockton’s client relationships and health and management welfare services. His responsibilities will include financial analysis, plan design and vendor negotiations.
Prior to joining Lockton, he served as a vice president and senior consultant with Conner, Strong and Buckelew.
Russell’s hiring comes as Lockton has expanded its newly combined Northeast operations, in June announcing that it has added Washington D.C. to its Northeast team.
