Insurance broker Lockton announced that it will add its Washington, D.C., operations to a newly combined Lockton Northeast team.
Michael Calabrese will remain as chairman and CEO of the expanded Lockton operations in the Northeast. Bob Connolly will continue as president of Lockton’s Washington, D.C., business and join the executive committee of Lockton Northeast.
Lockton has more than 300 associates in its offices in New York City, Washington, D.C., northern Virginia, Hartford, Boston, and Philadelphia.
Lockton said merging the Washington, D.C., and Northeast operations would allow the firm to offer clients access to a broader and deeper set of expertise and resources, and enhance its risk management, employee benefits, and retirement plan consulting services.
