Renaissance Alliance Insurance Services, a Wellesley, Mass., based network of New England independent insurance agencies, insurers and service providers, has expanded with the addition of seven new, full service member agencies located throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Connecticut.
This move comes as many independent agencies have recently moved toward agency clusters, aggregations or groupings that increase access to insurance markets and profit sharing, explained President Bruce Cochrane in a company press release. He added that sharing market and profit sharing are no longer sufficient for agencies to thrive and remain relevant amid industry disruptions today.
With the addition of these members, the company’s aggregate premiums now top $532 million.
