Distinguished Programs, a New York, N.Y.-based national insurance program manager, has expanded its Data & Actuarial Science department with the addition of Perry H. Beaumont as head of the department and Steven Hunke as the department’s actuary.
In his new role, Beaumont will be responsible for analyzing a variety of risk mitigation initiatives, as well as contributing to the company’s strategic development.
Prior to joining Distinguished Programs, he launched a Fintech firm. Beaumont also previously led a multi-national team for AXA Insurance that was based in Paris, France. Beaumont brings to his new role executive management experience, including expertise in business acquisitions and divestitures.
Previously with Zurich, Hunke spent 10 years focusing on supporting the organization’s programs business. He is also an associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
Distinguished Programs provides specialized insurance programs to brokers and agents with specific expertise in real estate, community associations, cultural institutions and hospitality and restaurants. Property and liability products are distributed through a national network of agents and brokers.
