Alliant Employee Benefits has hired Pittsburgh, Penn.-based benefits consultant Mark Weber as vice president.
In this role, Weber will bring his quantitative analysis and strategic problem solving skills to Alliant’s service platform, working to deliver strategies that optimize performance and reduce healthcare costs.
Prior to joining Alliant, Weber was assistant vice president of benefits consulting with a large insurance and financial services company. In this position, he developed systems and processes that provided strategic analysis of the healthcare ecosystem and delivered benefit solutions to clients. He also played a role in expanding the firm’s presence into various markets throughout the U.S.
