The Institutes RiskStream Collaborative Hires Brown in Pennsylvania

The Institutes RiskStream Collaborative has hired Kenneth Brown as head of Security and Controls in its Malvern, Penn., office.

As an insurance industry blockchain consortium, RiskStream Collaborative aims to serve policyholders and help lower industry and consumer costs by streamlining payments, reducing fraud and improving the accuracy of customer data. Since its July 2017 inception, 38 global insurers, reinsurers and brokers have joined.

In his new role, Brown will report to members on efforts to align security initiatives with business objectives and ensure that information assets and technologies are adequately protected.
