Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty has announced the acquisition of GIA Insurance Agency (Geisenheimer Insurance Agency), headquartered in Saddle Brook, N.J.
Geisenheimer Insurance Agency is a provider of personal and commercial insurance throughout the U.S., Canada, Asia, South America, Caribbean, Australia and Europe.
Led by Alan Geisenheimer since opening in 1972, it has seen steady growth in business each year for more than 47 years, according to a Seeman Holtz press release.
Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty said it is continuing to target independent agencies for geographic expansion and continued growth throughout the U.S.
