World Insurance Associates LLC (WIA), has acquired Advantage Benefit Concepts Inc. of Blackwood, N.J., on April 1, 2020. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Advantage Benefit Concepts Inc. specializes in employee benefit services. They provide health and dental insurance packages in addition to insurance solutions for individuals.
WIA is headquartered in Tinton Falls, N.J., and is a full-service insurance brokerage providing asset and lifestyle protection with risk management, insurance and benefit consulting services for individuals and businesses. Since its founding in 2012, WIA has completed 71 acquisitions and serves its customers from 53 offices in 13 states and Washington, D.C.
Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla provided legal counsel to WIA. No other advisors, diligence firms or legal counsel were disclosed.
