MAPFRE Insurance has hired Gary Sjolin as vice president of Business Development.
Sjolin, a 30-year industry veteran, will build and lead business development strategies in Massachusetts to reinforce and expand the company’s market position.
Prior to joining MAPFRE, Sjolin held a number of senior business development roles at companies including Arbella, AIG and Plymouth Rock.
MAPFRE Insurance serves policyholders in 14 states across the U.S. It is part of MAPFRE Group, a global insurance company with a worldwide presence.
