World Insurance Associates reports it has acquired Allan M. Walker Insurance Agency of Taunton, Massachusetts.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Allan M Walker Insurance Agency has been in business since1847. It offers commercial and personal insurance, as well as bonds. The staff will remain as part of this merger, according to the announcement.
World Insurance is headquartered in Iselin, New Jersey. Since its founding in 2011, World has completed 153 acquisitions and serves its customers from more than 250 offices across the country.
