Insurance broker and real estate services firm Acrisure announced that it has acquired business technology firm Homefield IT, which will become part as part of Acrisure Cyber Services (ACS).
Based in New York City, Homefield IT specializes in managed information technologies, including cloud and digital transformation services to help businesses increase productivity, grow and stay safe from cyberattacks.
Acrisure Cyber Services offers cybersecurity options for small to mid-size business.
Homefield IT senior management, including Alexander Stavdal, executive vice president of strategy, and Jackie Oliva, executive vice president of operations, will remain in place.
Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
