Insurance broker The Hilb Group has named two new company leaders for the New York region.

Gabrielle Lamb will be speciality platform leader, overseeing growth in property-casualty offerings for real estate, transportation, medical professional liability and other industries, the Virginia-based Hilb said in a news release.
Lamb joined Hilb Group in 2016 as part of Hilb’s acquisition of PriMed Consulting. She recently was platform leader of Hilb’s Tri-State region and is a graduate of Rider University.
Darren Cohen will take over as platform leader for the Tri-State region, starting Nov. 1.

Cohen, a lawyer, is a lecturer at Columbia University in insurance. He joined Hilb in 2020 when Hiram Cohen & Son joined the company.
Both will report to Chief Operating Officer Jason Angus.
